Tara Wrecker offers towing services for various police departments across the Metro Atlanta area, as well as for the State Police and private property owners upon request.

Auction Registration
To participate in the auction, a non-refundable registration fee of $9.95 is required, in addition to the auction deposit. Please note that if payment for your vehicle(s) is not made, the deposit will be forfeited.

Auction Deposit
A deposit of $200.00 is required to place a bid. If you do not win the auction, the deposit will be refunded to your credit card after the auction. Please allow up to three days for the refund to appear in your account. The deposit does not count toward the payment for any vehicle.

Payment for Vehicles
Payment for vehicles purchased must be completed within 3 days after the auction ends. No Payment will be accepted on the the day of the auction. All Payments must be made in CASH ONLY. A $50.00 late fee will apply for payments made after the deadline.

Please be aware that all vehicles may have a salvage title or other branded titles. It is your responsibility to conduct your own title research and due diligence. No refunds will be issued for any reason, so we encourage you to thoroughly review all details before bidding.

It is solely your responsibility to conduct your own title and vehicle history research prior to placing a bid or purchase. We do not guarantee title availability or transfer eligibility in your state or jurisdiction.

All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or roadworthiness.

We strongly recommend that you personally inspect each vehicle before bidding or purchase. All bids are final, binding, and non-refundable. No written or verbal statements, descriptions, or representations made by the seller, the seller's agent, or any employee or affiliate are considered binding. Buyers should not rely solely on vehicle descriptions, photographs, or condition reports.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all vehicles are sold not intended for use on public roads or highways, and must be towed or transported off the lot by the buyer at their expense. Many states & counties require vehicles to meet emissions standards before they can be legally driven on public roads. If this is the case, it will be your responsibility to get the vehicle into compliance with your state's emission laws.

Please note the following additional conditions:

  • Odometer Discrepancy: Odometer readings are not guaranteed. The actual mileage may be inaccurate or unknown.

  • Title & Registration: We make no guarantees regarding your ability to register or title this vehicle in any state or jurisdiction. Some vehicles may not be eligible for title or road use under any circumstances.

  • Emissions & Safety Compliance: Many states and counties require that vehicles pass emissions or safety inspections prior to registration. It is your responsibility to bring the vehicle into compliance with any applicable local laws or requirements.

  • Release of Liability: By placing a bid or completing a purchase, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the seller and all affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your purchase or use of the vehicle.

Condition of Vehicles
All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no warranties, express or implied, on any vehicle, including but not limited to warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We strongly recommend inspecting vehicles before placing a bid, as all bids are final and non-refundable. No written or verbal statements or descriptions made by the seller, seller's agent, or us are considered binding.

For your convenience, we will make an effort to provide accurate contact information and vehicle locations; however, it is your responsibility to verify this information before bidding. Vehicles sold through us are not intended for highway use, and you are responsible for towing any purchased vehicle at your own expense. You are also responsible for any necessary repairs, including emissions and safety repairs, should you attempt to prepare the vehicle for highway use. We do not guarantee that such repairs are feasible or practical.

Some vehicles in this auction may be sold as Title 40 sales through court orders, and neither the seller nor we are the owner. Ownership transfer occurs only when you submit the required documents to the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles and complete the proper title application.

It is your responsibility to obtain the vehicle’s odometer reading, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. You are also aware that certain jurisdictions may allow vehicles with missing VIN plates to be sold, and we do not certify that the vehicle you purchase will have a VIN plate.

You are solely responsible for researching the history of any vehicle you bid on and for thoroughly inspecting it. If you are an out-of-state buyer, please check with your local DMV to confirm whether your state will accept Georgia court-ordered sales.

We do not certify or guarantee the condition, history, or safety of any vehicle, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions, written or visual, provided for any vehicle. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ASCERTAIN, CONFIRM, RESEARCH, INSPECT, AND/OR INVESTIGATE ANY VEHICLE BEFORE PLACING A BID. Derelict Vehicles
If a derelict vehicle is purchased, you will only receive a bill of sale. These vehicles can never be used on the road again and are sold for parts only.

Fees and Payment

  • Storage Fees: $33.00 per day
  • Late Fees: $50.00 per instance
  • Credit card deposits are refundable after full payment, but they will not be applied to the purchase price. All payments must be made in cash.
  • Please note, if payment for your vehicle(s) is not made, your deposit will be forfeited.

By bidding on any vehicle listed on this site, you acknowledge that the vehicle may or may not have a branded salvage title or other remarks recorded on the title. You are responsible for conducting your own title search and due diligence before placing a bid. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

If you are bidding from outside Georgia, please verify with your state DMV whether you can obtain a title for a Georgia court-ordered sale. Any fraudulent activities related to vehicle documentation will result in permanent banning from the seller's auctions and this platform. Illegal activities will be reported to local authorities. Title jumping is a felony, and it is illegal in all 50 states. If you are caught title jumping or skipping vehicle titles, you may face fines, penalties, and possible jail time.

Vehicle Removal & Payment Instructions

Payment and vehicle pickup can be made only on Nov 12th, 13th, and 14th between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. All payments must be made in cash only. No payments or vehicle pickups will be accepted on the day of the auction.

All vehicles must be paid for and removed from the lot within three (3) days after the auction ends. No payments will be accepted on the day of the auction.


A storage fee of $33.00 per day will be charged for any vehicle not picked up within the specified timeframe.
A late fee of $50.00 will also apply to any delayed payment or pickup.

Please note:

  • All vehicles must be towed from the premises.
