Curry's Collision provides towing services throughout the Metro Atlanta & Griffin area.
Auction Registration
To participate in the auction, a non-refundable registration fee of $9.95 is required, in addition to the auction deposit. Please note that if payment for your vehicle(s) is not made, the deposit will be forfeited.
Auction Deposit
A deposit of $200.00 is required to place a bid. If you do not win the auction, the deposit will be refunded to your credit card after the auction. Please allow up to three days for the refund to appear in your account. The deposit does not count toward the payment for any vehicle.
Payment for Vehicles
Payment for vehicles purchased must be completed within 2 business days (the auction day and the following business day). For example, if the auction occurs on Monday, payment must be received by 5:00 PM EST on Tuesday. Payments must be made in CASH ONLY. A $50.00 late fee will apply for payments made after the deadline.
Please be aware that all vehicles may have a salvage title or other branded titles. It is your responsibility to conduct your own title research and due diligence. No refunds will be issued for any reason, so we encourage you to thoroughly review all details before bidding.

All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no warranties, either express or implied, on any vehicle, including but not limited to warranties concerning fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We strongly recommend that you inspect the vehicles before bidding, as all bids are final and non-refundable. Neither written nor verbal statements or descriptions made by the seller, seller's agent, or us are considered binding.
All vehicles are sold not intended for road/highway use and must be towed off the lot. You are also responsible for any necessary repairs, including emissions and safety repairs, should you attempt to prepare the vehicle for highway use.
Storage Fees
Storage fees will begin accumulating after the close of business on the 3rd day following the auction. Storage fees cannot be paid via credit card.

Any vehicle listed in this auction that shows "YES" next to the word Derelict in the lot details is being sold FOR PARTS ONLY and is NOT TO BE RETURNED TO ROAD USE under any circumstances. These vehicles are considered non-repairable and must be dismantled or used solely for parts.
No titles or court orders will be issued or provided. Buyers will receive a Bill of Sale only, with no eligibility for registration, titling, or road use.
By bidding on or purchasing a derelict vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
