WARNING: FAILURE TO PAY AFTER BIDDING
If you place a bid and fail to pay for the vehicle, YOU WILL BE SUED for $1,000.00 per vehicle or 15% of the bid amount (whichever is greater). Additionally, you will be responsible for all collection costs, court fees, and reasonable attorney fees.
Any credit card deposit you have made will be applied toward liquidated damages, as well as any collection costs, court fees, and reasonable attorney fees. Failure to comply with payment terms will result in legal action and additional financial consequences.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that any vehicle may have a salvage or other branded title. You agree to conduct your own research regarding the title status before bidding. All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We strongly recommend inspecting vehicles before placing a bid, as all bids are final and non-refundable. Any statements or descriptions, whether written or verbal, provided by the seller, their agent, or us, are not binding.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.

Vehicles Towed by South Metro Towing
South Metro Towing offers towing services for various police departments across the Metro Atlanta area, as well as for the State Police and private property owners upon request.
Auction Registration
To participate in the auction, a non-refundable registration fee of $9.95 is required, in addition to the auction deposit. Please note that if payment for your vehicle(s) is not made, the deposit will be forfeited.
Auction Deposit
A deposit of $200.00 is required to place a bid. If you do not win the auction, the deposit will be refunded to your credit card after the auction. Please allow up to three days for the refund to appear in your account. The deposit does not count toward the payment for any vehicle.
Payment for Vehicles
Payment for vehicles purchased must be completed within 2 business days (the auction day and the following business day). For example, if the auction occurs on Monday, payment must be received by 5:00 PM EST on Tuesday. Payments must be made in CASH ONLY. A $50.00 late fee will apply for payments made after the deadline.
Please be aware that all vehicles may have a salvage title or other branded titles. It is your responsibility to conduct your own title research and due diligence. No refunds will be issued for any reason, so we encourage you to thoroughly review all details before bidding.

Odometer Discrepancy: Odometer readings are not guaranteed. The actual mileage may be inaccurate or unknown.

Title & Registration: We make no guarantees regarding your ability to register or title this vehicle in any state or jurisdiction. Some vehicles may not be eligible for title or road use under any circumstances.

Emissions & Safety Compliance: Many states and counties require that vehicles pass emissions or safety inspections prior to registration. It is your responsibility to bring the vehicle into compliance with any applicable local laws or requirements.

Payment & Pickup: Vehicles must be paid for and removed from the premises within 3 business days of purchase. Storage fees will apply after this period.

Release of Liability: By placing a bid or completing a purchase, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the seller and all affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your purchase or use of the vehicle.

Storage Fees
Storage fees will begin accumulating after the close of business on the 3rd day following the auction. Storage fees cannot be paid via credit card.

Vehicle Removal and Fees
All vehicles must be removed from the lot within 3 days of the auction. A storage fee of $33.00 per day will apply for any vehicles left beyond this period.
Trailers are not permitted on the lot. If needed, a $65.00 pull-out fee will be charged.
All vehicles must be towed off the lot.
