Vehicles Towed by South Metro Towing
South Metro Towing provides towing services for several police departments throughout the Metro Atlanta area, as well as for the State Police and private property owners upon request.

Auction Registration
To participate in the auction, there is a $9.95 registration fee in addition to the auction deposit.

Auction Deposit
A $200.00 deposit is required to bid. If the bidder is not the high bidder, the deposit will be refunded to the bidder’s credit card after the auction, and it may take up to three days to reflect on the card.

Payment for Any Vehicle
Payment for any vehicle won in the auction must be completed within 2 business days (auction day plus 1 business day). For example, if the auction is held on Monday, payment must be received by 5:00 PM EST on Tuesday. CASH ONLY. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to any payments made after the deadline.

Storage Fees
Storage fees will begin accruing at the close of business on the 3rd day following the auction. Credit cards will not be accepted for payment.

Condition of Vehicles

All vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no warranties, express or implied, on any vehicle, including but not limited to warranties related to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We strongly encourage you to inspect vehicles before placing a bid, as all bids are final and non-refundable. No written or verbal statements or descriptions by the seller, seller's agent, or us shall be considered binding.

For your convenience, we will attempt to provide accurate contact information and vehicle locations; however, it is your responsibility to verify this information before bidding. Vehicles sold through us are not intended for highway use, and you are responsible for towing any purchased vehicle at your own expense. Additionally, you are responsible for any necessary repairs, including emissions and safety repairs, should you attempt to prepare the vehicle for highway use. We do not guarantee that such repairs are feasible or practicable.

Vehicles in this auction may be sold as Title 40 sales via court order, and neither the seller nor we are the owner. The transfer of ownership occurs only when you present the required documents to the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles and submit the proper title application.

It is your responsibility to obtain the vehicle’s odometer reading, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of this reading. You are also aware that some jurisdictions may allow vehicles with missing VIN plates to be sold, and we do not certify that the vehicle you purchase will have VIN plates.

You are solely responsible for researching the history of any vehicle you bid on and for thoroughly inspecting it. If you are an out-of-state buyer, please check with your local DMV to confirm whether your state will accept Georgia court-ordered sales.

We do not certify or guarantee the condition, history, or safety of any vehicle, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions, written or visual, provided for any vehicle. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ASCERTAIN, CONFIRM, RESEARCH, INSPECT, AND/OR INVESTIGATE ANY VEHICLE BEFORE PLACING A BID. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE NOT TO BASE A BID SOLELY ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, VIN, MILEAGE, ODOMETER DISCLOSURE, TITLE, AIRBAGS, VEHICLE CONDITION, ACTUAL CASH VALUE, ESTIMATED REPAIR COST, DAMAGE TYPE, IMAGES, SALE DOCUMENTS, CATALYTIC CONVERTER STATUS, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE VEHICLE STARTS OR RUNS.

Fees and Payment

• Storage Fees: $33.00 per day
• Late Fees: $50.00 per instance
• Credit card deposits are refundable after full payment, but they will not be applied to the purchase price. All payments must be made in cash.

By bidding on any vehicle listed on this site, you acknowledge that the vehicle may or may not have a branded salvage title or other remarks recorded on the title. You should conduct your own title search and perform due diligence before bidding on any vehicle. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

If you are bidding from outside Georgia, please verify with your state DMV whether you can obtain a title for a Georgia court-ordered sale. Any fraudulent activities related to vehicle documentation will result in permanent banning from the seller's auctions and this platform. Illegal activities will be reported to local authorities. Title jumping is a felony, and it is illegal in all 50 states. If you are caught title jumping or skipping vehicle titles, you may face fines, penalties, and possible jail time.

You understand that all vehicles may or may not have a salvage or other branded title. You agree to perform your own title research before bidding.

Vehicle Removal and Fees
All vehicles must be removed from the lot within 3 days of the auction. A storage fee of $33.00 per day will apply for any vehicles left beyond this period.

Trailers are not permitted on the lot. If needed, a $65.00 pull-out fee will be charged.

All vehicles must be towed off the lot.
