Selling Made Easy! Free for Impound Lot Owners to Sell, with the Lowest Auction Bidding Fees in the Industry!
Seamlessly Dispose of Your Abandoned Vehicles with Auctions Made Easy for Lot Owners.
1. How Much Does It Cost? It’s FREE for you (the seller)! Fast Lane Auctions does not charge any fees to the towing operator selling vehicles.
· No Signup Fees – Signing up is free. We’ll provide an onboarding session before you can start using the site.
· No Annual Fees – Unlike our competitors, we don’t lock you into an annual fee. Our focus is on customer satisfaction, so there are no annual fees!
· No Hidden Fees – We believe in transparency. There are no sneaky charges or hidden fees.
· No Relist Fee for Unsold Vehicles – If a vehicle doesn’t sell, you can relist it as many times as needed, at no charge.
Fast Lane charges a fee to the bidder, and we simply ask you (the seller) to collect that fee on our behalf.
2. How Does the Pricing Work? Our fee is a rate, which you pass on to the winning bidder/buyer.
· There are no surprises; the fee is clearly visible to bidders from the start.
· Added to the Winning Bidder’s Notice – The fee is included in the notice we send to both you and the winning bidder.
· Collected from the High Bidder – You will collect the fee from the high bidder when they pay for the vehicle.
· Invoiced to You – You will receive an invoice from Fast Lane for the total auction bidder fees.
3. What If My Vehicle Doesn’t Sell? Can I Relist It? Yes! Sometimes a vehicle may not receive a bid. This can happen for various reasons, such as:
· Starting the opening price too high
· Listing the vehicle late and not attracting enough bidders
· Not having suitable photos
Good news! You won’t be charged for any vehicle that didn’t receive a winning bid. You are free to relist that vehicle in any future auction.
4. How Do You Qualify Bidders? Over the past 15 years, we’ve learned that lowering the barrier for bidders can lead to a higher number of "No Show Winners." To ensure we balance attracting bidders with ensuring they will pay, we use two key methods to qualify bidders:
· Vetting Bidders – All bidders are required to:
o Upload a driver's license
o Complete and sign an agreement, acknowledging and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
· Inviting Bidders – We use a variety of social and traditional marketing techniques to attract bidders.
