Fastlane Auctions Inc, is a locally owned online auction company, selling vehicles of all types, autos, powersports, recreational and commercial. We are located at 1200 N Main Stewartville, MN 55976, Phone is 507-533-6674. Hours of operation are M-F 8-5.
Registering to bid
To register simply click on the "register" tab on the main page, fill in the appropriate fields and submit. Registering is free to all bidders. Bidders must be registered to bid or purchase units from Fastlane Auctions. Bidders may be private parties or dealers.
Dealer requirements
Dealers are welcome to bid, All dealers are required to fax a copy of their dealers license and fill out a tax exemption form. When registering type dealership name in appropriate fields.
Consignments
Any person or business can consign units with Fastlane Auctions. Consignors will need to sign a consignment agreement. Units must be ready for auction when dropped off. Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own units.
Reserve auctions
Units selling selling with reserve prices will be listed as so on the auction page. We do not disclose reserve prices. If a unit does not meet the reserve price the highest bidder will be contacted with the reserve price and they will have the option to buy at that price.
Units SOLD AS IS.
All Units are sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied. Fastlane Auctions describes each unit to the best of our knowledge about the unit. Inspections of units are visual only, we cannot guarantee there is not any damage or issues that we cannot see or know about. We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible. Bidders are encourged to stop and view the item they would like to bid on before they bid. Fastlane Auctions are not responsible for any damage or mechanical issues with any sold units. Title brands ie. Salvage/flood etc. will be noted in bidding description.
Winterization of units
Fastlane Auctions does not guarantee winterization of units, Fastlane Auctions does not winterize units per manufacturer procedure, Water will be drained and deicer added. Winning bidders will be responsible for winterization of won RV's, campers, boats and watercraft.
Bidding
Once a bidder is registered they may begin bidding. Once the bidder decides to bid on a particular unit, click on the unit and a picture/description page opens, click on the bid icon and follow the prompts. All auction end times are listed with the unit. If the reserve is met and the auction is at close time, and a new bid is submitted the auction will stay open for 5 minutes, if no new bids are received the auction closes. I f a new bid is recieved it will stay open for 5 more minutes and so on. Winning bidders are contacted by phone.
Payment and Pickup
The winning bidder has 3 days to pay for and 7 days to pickup the unit unless other arrangements are agreed upon. If the item is not payed for within 3 days, the bidders membership with Fastlane Auctions will be revoked and cannot be restablished. If the item is payed for but not picked up within the 7 days the unit will be subject to a 20.00 per day fee and will have to be payed before unit will be released. All payments must be in the form of cash or bank check, personal checks and credit cards will not be accepted for payment- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sales Tax, licensing and transfer fees
All units are subject to Minnesota state sales tax, licensing and transfer fees. All titling transfers are processed through Stewartville Truck Sales Inc. All units are sold with a Bill of Sale in addition to applicable title/registration card as proof of purchase.
